On 16 June 2009, the EU Commission published in the Official Journal of the European Union ((2009/C 136/08) the titles and references of the harmonized standards for implementing the Regulation (EC) No. 765/2008 of the European Parliament and Council, the Decision No. 768/2008/EC of the European Parliament and the Council (Regulation and Decision on accreditation and market surveillance) and Regulation (EC) No. 761/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council (EMAS Regulation).
