General Procedure
Complaints about the accreditation bodies' work are treated pursuant to their internal complaints procedures according to ISO/IEC 17011 (Chapter 5.9 or 7.10).
All complaints relating to the representation of the German accreditation system abroad are forwarded to the BMWi.
